Each piece is made to order and finished by hand. Because of this, returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item has been sent. Buyers are responsible for return postage on all other returns.

As all pieces are handmade, natural variations in finish, texture, and colour are expected and do not constitute a fault.

These pieces are intended for indoor display only. Avoid exposure to moisture, excessive humidity, or direct heat sources.
