A miniature framed arrangement of real vertebrae, created for gallery walls, cabinets of curiosities and darker interiors. The tiny bones form a slender column, highlighting their intricate shapes against the dark lace beneath.
The bones are displayed within an ornate hand cast plaster frame, finished in black and set against black suede overlaid with delicate black lace for a Victorian inspired finish.
Each piece contains ethically sourced real bones recovered from owl pellets, donated by a local wildlife charity and carefully cleaned before being arranged by hand.
Approx. 7 Γ 6 cm.
